Supplier Diversity Program

Supplier Diversity Program

At PCSB Bank, we understand the importance of having a diverse supplier base reflective of our customers, employees and communities we serve. We know that a wide array of goods and services are needed to support our business operations, and working with diverse suppliers allows us to access the best businesses available to achieve our objectives.

Our Supplier Diversity Program gives us a platform to engage with small and diverse enterprises across the Lower Hudson Valley. This program provides companies owned and operated by minorities, women, veterans, members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community, and people with disabilities equal footing to effectively work with us while at the same time, growing their own business.

Our Goal for the Supplier Diversity Program

By working with diverse suppliers, we aim to help break down barriers to market access for small and diverse enterprises and unlock commercial opportunities with PCSB Bank. We seek suppliers that can continuously drive competitiveness and innovation in our supply chain. We also recognize the wider economic impact of partnering with small and diverse enterprises and supporting them in their growth.
